Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings accurately
- Execute engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs with precision
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve complex issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with shop standards
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely and accurate vehicle turnaround
- Stay current with technical training and manufacturer updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician in a professional shop environment
- ASE certification(s) preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair software
- Ability to perform a wide range of repairs independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and a team-oriented attitude
